Episode 5, hosts Alex and Nicoleta, welcome, Cathy Davis. Cathy shares how she got to her current role, supporting BAE Systems move to net zero. Cathy's proudest achievement to date was seeing a type 45 destroyer in a drydock, which she described as awe-inspiring.
